AutomaticImport.com

Terms of Service

Effective 7 September 2026

These terms govern use of automaticimport.com and its account features. AutomaticImport.com provides independent vehicle-import information and support in Ireland. It is not Revenue, NCTS, RSA, Dublin Port or another public authority, and use of this website does not guarantee tax, customs, registration, inspection, roadworthiness, shipping or delivery outcomes.

Pre-launch status: The public website and account/OAuth preparation may be deployed before paid services open. The operator’s full legal entity, geographic address, CRO/VAT details where applicable, service prices, payment allocation and cancellation/refund terms must be published and accepted before an online paid order is formed.

Website and account use

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to use the service, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You may not probe security, access another person’s records, upload unlawful or malicious material, misuse the service, automate abusive requests or interfere with the website.

Information is not professional or public-authority advice

Public guides and estimates are general information and may become outdated. Official decisions and charges remain with the relevant authorities and third parties. Verify time-sensitive requirements with the linked official source or an appropriately qualified adviser before acting.

Requests and paid services

An enquiry, draft, account, estimate or acknowledgement is not acceptance of a paid service order. Before any paid commitment, we will present the service scope, company fees, government and third-party charges or estimates, currency, VAT treatment where applicable, payment allocation, delivery assumptions, cancellation/refund information and the version of the terms being accepted. A contract forms only through the acceptance process stated at that point.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under Irish or EU consumer law. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a distance service contract, information about the applicable period, method, exceptions and any request to begin performance early will be supplied before the contract is formed.

Third parties

The website may link to authorities, vehicle sellers, shipping providers or other independent services. Links do not make them our agents or constitute a guarantee. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, decisions and charges are their responsibility unless a later written service agreement expressly says otherwise.

Content and availability

Website content, branding and software may not be copied or exploited except as permitted by law. We may maintain, secure, change or suspend features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, suspension and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. We may suspend or restrict an account to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse or preserve system integrity. You may stop using the website and request account closure, subject to records we must lawfully retain.

Law and contact

These terms are intended to be governed by Irish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Contact info@automaticimport.com or +353 85 111 8314 with questions or complaints.
